Offer

A diagnostic, a setup, then a subscription

You start with one cycle of your business, such as order to cash. The price is set at the diagnostic, based on the processes you hand over, their workload and how risky the actions are.

The path

Four steps, from the diagnostic to further cycles

Each step ends with something concrete, so you decide on the next one knowing what you are getting.

  1. A paid diagnostic

A two-hour workshop on your processes: where requests come in, what keeps repeating, and what should stay in your operator’s hands. You leave with a written plan for a first cycle. If you go ahead with the setup, the cost of the diagnostic is credited toward it.

  2. Setting up the first cycle

The Belowdecks team prepares your dedicated instance, switches on and verifies agent confinement, then sets up with you the triggers, agents, functions, collections, connections and confirmation cards of the chosen cycle. Each agent goes through a rehearsal on your data before it is enabled, then a settling-in month follows, with a check-in every week.

  3. A monthly subscription

It comes in two parts, both handled by the Belowdecks team. The first covers the instance: server, updates, monitoring, backups and support. The second covers looking after the agents in each cycle you hand over, and its price depends on the workload and how risky the actions are.

  4. More cycles, when you decide

Once the first cycle has settled in, you can add another to the same instance and your operator follows everything in the same questions inbox and monthly report.

Included

What the Belowdecks team takes care of, month after month

We look after the server, the updates and the monitoring. Your operator confirms cards and answers the agents’ questions, and your company decides on the next cycles.

Your dedicated instance

A server reserved for your business, with its own database and its own accounts.

Updates

We apply Belowdecks updates. The AI engines update themselves every night.

Monitoring

Errors on your instance are reported to us automatically, along with the agent and the run involved.

Backups

A backup every night, with rotation, on your instance’s server: the database, the durable files and each project’s memory.

Support

You write to the Belowdecks team, the people who set up your instance. Their access to your instance is governed by your agreement.

Looking after the agents

We act on the insights drawn from their runs. We also follow the questions inbox, where your operator answers the agents, to spot the ones left waiting.

The monthly report

On the 1st of every month, an email to your operator sums it up, agent by agent: runs, verdicts, cost, tokens and questions answered.

A guided first month

Thirty minutes a week during the settling-in month: we go through the questions inbox with your operator and adjust the agents.

Your part

What we need from you

The diagnostic and the settling-in month take a little of your time, and a few decisions are yours to make.

  • Two hours for the diagnostic

With the person who best knows the cycle you want to hand over.

  • Your rules and know-how

Your policies, your categories, what counts as urgent, the tone you want and the exceptions to watch for. We write them into the agents’ instructions and skills for you.

  • The access it needs

For example IMAP access to a shared mailbox, a folder for incoming files, your software’s API or one tag pasted on your website.

  • An operator on your side

The operator is the person in your company who runs Belowdecks. They receive the agents’ questions, approve their work and decide what goes out. They can do it from an email, and several people on your team can share this role.

  • Thirty minutes a week, the first month

A check-in with us during the settling-in month, to go through the questions inbox.

  • Your Anthropic account

Opened in your name, with a spending limit you set.

AI tokens are billed by Anthropic, directly to you

The agents work on your own Anthropic account, opened in your name, with a spending limit you set. Anthropic bills you directly for what they use, and we do not resell tokens.

Inside Belowdecks, every agent also has a cost cap per run. Before you enable a scheduled agent, you see a forecast of its monthly cost, based on its previous runs. The monthly report shows what each agent cost, and functions handle some tasks without a model, so they use no tokens.

Do it yourself, hire an agency, or choose Belowdecks

What people ask before signing

How much does Belowdecks cost?

It depends on the cycles you hand over, how much work they involve and how risky the actions are. We give you the price at the diagnostic, once we understand your situation. AI tokens come on top, billed by Anthropic directly to your account.

Why do you charge for the diagnostic?

Because it takes work on our side: a two-hour workshop on your operations, then a written plan for a first cycle. If you go ahead with the setup, its cost is credited toward it.

Can I start small?

Yes. A first cycle can start with a single trigger and a single agent, such as the emails arriving in a shared mailbox. Each agent arrives switched off, goes through its rehearsal, and only then is enabled. You add steps or other cycles once the first one works the way you want.

How long am I committed for?

The diagnostic doesn’t commit you to anything else. With the plan in hand, you decide whether to go further. If you do, the length of the subscription and how to end it are set out in the agreement you read before signing.

What if I decide to stop?

Your data belongs to you. You can export your projects at any time, with the contents of your collections if you wish, and an export never contains the values of your secrets. Your Anthropic account is in your name, so it stays yours.
